With a $54.5 million oceanfront estate in Florida, Tiger Woods’ decision to sell his Corona Del Mar, CA condo should come as no surprise.
Tiger’s 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sports 2,000 square feet of living space with views of Catalina Island. High ceilings, large patios, surround sound system and a gourmet kitchen are some of the unit’s highlights.
The property was listed in April for about half a million less than he originally purchased it for in 2004, and after a price cut in June, it sold for $2,213,875. When you’re bringing in well over $50 million per year, taking a $500,000 hit on a property is peanuts.
Fortunately for Tiger, he still has his amazing estate in Florida, which occupies 10 acres of Jupiter Island and sports a private golf course.
For all of you golf enthusiasts dying to know the layout of his course, Zillow shared some details: “It appears he has one tee box in the southeast east corner to hit drivers. The entire area just west of the lap pool can be used to hit long, medium and short irons into any of the 4 greens. Each green is guarded by a single trap, except the green in the northwest corner which appears to have 3 pot bunkers.”
