ERIC M. DALE
Eric M. Dale, 42, of the National Fix and Flip Network, Inc. has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. During that time, he has been involved in well over 2,000 real estate transactions and has participated in all facets of commercial and residential real estate. Through his experiences he has gained extensive knowledge in small and large scale property renovations, commercial and residential lending, and real estate investing on both the buying and selling side of the table. Mr. Dale has been a part of the National Fix and Flip Network for the last two years where he has forged solid partnerships with many notable partners including Scripps Networks, HGTV, Frontdoor.com and Sears to name a few.
Eric M. Dale has actively been involved in financing and investing for over 20 years. As the CEO of Capital Funding Corporation of America, he has personally completed over $5 Billion in transaction funding and has consulted on numerous projects surrounding real estate.
Eric spends much of his free time contributing to local and national charities who focus on repairing and rebuilding homes for those unable to afford it, including the elderly and veterans of war. He has never met a project that he didn’t learn from and as a result he is probably most renowned for the words that he is constantly heard preaching, “Always do your homework!”
Aaron Schoenberger is a marketing executive and entrepreneur that writes about SEO and social media as it relates to the real estate industry. Over the years he has worked with a variety of large corporations, including Fortune 500s, ranging from automotive manufacturers to celebrity brands to financial institutions, and he now blends his real estate investing experience with what he knows best: marketing. Mauri Wills is a modern-day Renaissance man with extensive experience in a variety of areas. He’s a graduate of the Parsons School of Design, has worked with various publishing companies in Manhattan, spent many years as a word processor on Wall Street, received his MSCE certification as a computer hardware technician, and last but not least, Mr. Wills maintains content on a wide array of websites.
